This study aims to examine and analyze whether the work environment has an influence on job satisfaction, compensation employee performance, satisfaction simultaneously environment, compensation, mediating performance. The population of this was employees electronic component manufacturing company in Cikarang, with a total sample 222 people. data analysis method used SEM-PLS. results are significant positive effect Employee Performance, Work Environment, Compensation have Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Satisfaction mediates Environment Performance
